    1. Click Menu --> Settings --> Output Video Settings

You should see a pop-up window titled “Audio/Video Output Settings”, like this

    2. Click the “New” button and type in a name for your new profile, then click “OK”

    4. Frame rate: The frame rate for NTSC (USA) is 30.
If you have DVDs from other regions, the frame rate for your specific DVD should be displayed in the “DVD info” panel to the right of the movie preview panel.
Set the Frame rate to match your DVD

HINT: you could create a profile for each region code you work with

    5. Audio Bitrate: Click on the audio bitrate value and then select “128k (CD Quality)” from the drop down menu
    6. Volume: if your DVD has a quite or overly loud soundtrack, you can adjust the output volume by clicking on the volume percentage and selecting an alternative volume from the drop down menu.
Usually leave this setting as “100%”

Usually leave this setting as “(Auto)”
    8. Close the output setting window
